Onto the main event — a swimming stop at the Blue Lagoon! You can swim, snorkel, and even enjoy some thrills on the huge water slide! You can also relax on the boat and enjoy its fantastic facilities, including the reclined cushioned sofas. Additionally, you can catch a glimpse of what lies beneath the waves from the boat’s underwater windows. Food and drinks can be purchased from the on-board kitchen and bar.

On the way back to Malta, the Sea Adventure vessel takes you around the magnificent sea caves scattered around Comino while watching the sky turn into hues of pink, orange, purple and red as the sun sets over the Mediterranean coastline.

Very responsive staff and a must-have tour. A perfect overview of the tour :) We opted for a catamaran with deckchair-style seats for an additional fee – it works wonders and adds luxury and relaxation to the journey, so I recommend investing in the extra trip. ;P

Brilliant day out for valentines day, paid 5 euro to upgrade to boat with comfier seating which was well worth it. The stop at blue lagoon may be unsuitable for some but you can still enjoy from the comfort of the boat.

By bus:

  • The nearest stops are Moll (lines 48, 186, 203, 212, N48, N21) and Anthony (lines 31, 214, 221, 280, N11)
  • Don’t leave it till the last minute to take a bus due to traffic. Be prepared that buses don’t always run on schedule and may be crowded.

By taxi:

  • Search for “Buġibba Jetty” on your preferred cab-hailing app (Uber, Bolt, and eCabs).
  • Prices for a standard ride are around €10-25, depending on your starting point and demand.

By car:

  • Buġibba Jetty is easy to reach, with reliable directions on Google Maps.
  • However, public parking spaces are notoriously hard to find in the area, especially in summer.
  • The nearest paid parking garage is a 15-min walk away at the db San Antonio Hotel.
  • Arrive at the meeting point at 4:30 PM to check-in
  • Boat departs at 5:00 PM
  • 2 – 2.5 hour swimming stop at the Blue Lagoon. Make a splash by using the water slide to dive right into the azure waters!

  • Arrive at Buġibba Jetty 30 minutes before departure. 
  • Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure
  • The boat is wheelchair accessible; however, be aware that Comino is not due to its rugged coastline. 
  • Kindly inform the team of any dietary needs 24 hours before the tour starts.
  • Printed or mobile confirmations are accepted.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before the day of the trip, 50% of the total cost is due. If you cancel within 3 days before the tour, the full price is due.
  • Viewing of the shipwreck from the underwater windows is subject to diving operations and/or sea/sky conditions.
  • The captain reserves the right to alter the route or cancel the trip completely if weather and sea conditions aren’t great. Sea Adventure tries its best to inform guests about any changes ahead of time.
  • If you wish to disembark the boat and set foot on Comino Island, you need to get a free access ticket. You don’t need a ticket if you’re just going to swim or will be staying on the boat.
