Visiting Malta during the summer months? Do you love spending time at the beach? This Beaches and Bays Catamaran Tour ticks all the right boxes for a memorable day out at sea.
This modern sailing catamaran sets sail from Buġibba Jetty, located in the northern region of the tiny island. While the catamaran journeys to Comino, you can sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of all the coastal treasures, unique formations, and caves scattered along the coast.
Comino Island is best known for the Blue Lagoon, a natural pool with mesmerising, crystal-clear waters. It does get quite crowded during the peak summer months, but in this case, the catamaran drops anchor in a more secluded area so you can make the most of your time there, away from the crowds.
Another possible stop in Comino is the lesser-known Crystal Lagoon, an idyllic spot surrounded by dramatic cliffs, hidden caves, stunning rock formations, and crystal-clear turquoise waters teeming with incredible marine life. Snorkelling enthusiasts and divers may be lucky enough to see playful seahorses, sting rays, octopuses, groupers, seabreams, clown crabs, and moray eels hiding in their rocky crevices!
Besides Comino, the captain will take you to different bays along the Maltese coast, including Għajn Tuffieħa and Anchor Bay, two of the most scenic bays in Malta. Here, you’ll have more swimming opportunities, or you can relax and catch some rays on the boat’s sunbeds and trampoline nets. Please bear in mind that stops vary depending on the weather and sea conditions.
Alongside swimming, snorkelling, and sightseeing, guests on board this boat trip can add an optional traditional BBQ as an extra purchase.
Whether you’re a solo traveller, travelling as a couple or as a larger group of friends, or celebrating a special occasion, expect a great day from start to finish!
N.B. For this tour, you can enjoy a day cruise or a sunset experience, depending on your preferences.
